翁炜芬

翁炜芬，女，1969年7月出生，舟山定海人。1987年舟山中学高中毕业后考入复旦大学经济学系学习。1991年本科毕业后免试直升研究生院，并在1994年获经济学硕士学位。在校期间能积极参加学校各项活动，学业优秀，曾任复旦大学科技开发中心总经理，复旦大学研究生院学生会副主席．屡获人民奖学金一等奖。光华奖学金一等奖。1994年进入美国康奈尔大学学习，于2000年获博士学位。并于当年进入美国哈佛大学策略和竞争研究所任资深研究员，兼任康奈尔大学经济研究所计算机资询员。曾用中英文发表了多篇论文，发表在《世界经济文汇》的中文论文为“浦东新区开发的相关风险分析”，用英文发表的论文有：
